Deskripsi

As a UX Research Intern you will need to think strategically, be creative, and negotiate design solutions in relation to business goals.
Conducting qualitative and quantitative research projects to build digital products and service design.
Collaborate with Product Owner, UX Researcher, Designers and other stakeholders iterating over options to find the best solution.
Apply user experience research and design thinking approaches to solution exploration.
Planning, conduct, and analyze results of user research studies, such as interviews, remote and in-person usability sessions, surveys, etc.
Assisting ongoing research with note-taking and observation.
Have the ability to write testing scripts, track and manage data, and present findings.
Willingness to help recruit and schedule participants.

Persyaratan

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Computer Science, Information System, HCI, Education, Cognitive Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Social Science, Business and Economics or any related fields.
Available during 3-months full time internship period.
Strong interest in user experience topics.
Knowledge of running qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Knowledge of UX Research for product design.
A strong work ethic, open minded and committed to self-improvement.
Open to learn new methodologies outside of your comfort zone.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving, strong analytical and planning skills.
