Deskripsi
Ensure defect/ change request is registered in JIRA
Assign defect/ change request to be analyzed and resolved by the right party (Vendor or internal team)
Plan for fixes/ change request development, testing time and deployment to production
Prepare deployment check list document
Coordinate with all team member and business users to achieve the goal and timeline
Coordinate with project admin to ensure all CCB check list (docs) submitted on time
Support code deployment
Basic understanding on .net and sql server
Minimum experience 5 years
Has Banking / Insurance project / application management experience
