Tecnical Delivery Manager

Deskripsi

- Plan technical deliverables and resources required to meet project’s requirements within allocated budget and schedule.
- Plan, coordinate and collaborate across teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution
- Plan, monitor and manage risks/issues across work streams and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge product/business requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Maintain technical backlog with Engineering to maximise capacity of teams
- Partner with VP Engineering & DevOps to manage product release cycle and automate delivery
- Fully understand our core product to help troubleshoot, debug and provide support
- Scrutinise and rigorously optimise our delivery process

Persyaratan

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
- Experience in implementing large-scale, highly available applications or other large project implementation
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Minimum 8 years software development management experience, including development work and interactions with customers
- Have understanding on basic database knowledge
- Have understanding on coding language, such as php/javascript
- Competent in using Git or similar version control systems
- Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders
