Deskripsi

- Lead and participate in the development of the core loan system, and business support systems mobile frontend.
- Ensure mobile frontend responsive, adaptiveness, and performance on multiple screen size compatibilities, and cross platform ready
- Lead team on agile SCRUM development process with all related parties
- Interpret and decompose the requirements from product departments and internal business departments,
- Participate in the architecture design of the platform and the architecture review of new functions, participate in the design and development of related databases, and be responsible for the implementation of functional modules.
- Documenting any technical program details in structured manner
- Those with experience in the FinTech industry and excellent Mandarin ability is a must

Persyaratan

Requirements:

- Mastering mobile development programming such as react native, flutter, java and kotlin
- Working experience minimum 5 years, with experience on leading developers
- Able to build mockup/prototype and convert it to mobile programming code layout
- Familiar with code versioning with git
- Familiar with deployment automation such Jenkins or docker
- Familiar with agile SCRUM development methodology
- Experienced with microservice architecture development
- Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Ability to develop responsive and adaptive, and cross platform mobile apps for multiple screens
- Fast learner and passionate with new frontend technology
- Speak excellent in English and Mandarin is a must
