Deskripsi

Responsibilities

- Design, provision, configure, manage, secure, monitor, and optimize all Networking technologies used at our office
- Provide day-to-day operations of network support team, network operation center and network security support.
- Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues

Persyaratan

- Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): hardware maintenance, PC deploy, Windows, Linux, Installation, Troubleshooting Laptops, Printers and other IT related.
- Having knowledge on LAN, Wireless LAN, Firewall, Routing and Switching technologies.
- Able to analyze network traffic is a mandatory
- Good understanding with OSI Layer and TCP/IP network.
- Preferably have certification (MTCNA/CCNA/CCENT/CompTIA+).
- Familiar with Documentation (Record Assets, Support Ticketing and Reporting)
