Deskripsi

At JULO, Product Managers are the heart of the company. We are looking for a highly

motivated Product Manager who loves building high-impact products. You will be joining a robust, fast-paced team with big goals and dreams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Leading the research and analysis of the competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Working closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements within agreed timeframes
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Persyaratan

- An exceptional CAN-DO attitude and be deeply self-motivated
- 3+ years of experience at a top tier management consulting, multinational tech company, or tech startup; OR 3+ years of Product Management experience
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field from top local or overseas universities with min GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, MBA is a plus
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is preferred
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
- A data driven approach to decision making
- A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence
- Passion in making the world better through technology
