Senior Backend Developer

Deskripsi

- Lead, Monitor and Educate the backend team and devops team
- Collaborate with frontend team, mobile, dev ops and Product Manager
- Monitoring code merge and deployment to server
- Delegate tasks to backend and devops team
- Monitor anomalies in Applications and Dashboards
- Implement best practises to improve code and programming efficiency
- Research new tools and technologies that can help increase performance and security
- Provide insight and guidance regarding User authentication, unit testing, database schemas
- Responsible in the performance, bugs and downtime in the backend

Persyaratan

- 3 years+ experience in backend development
- 2 years+ experience in leading a team or teaching
- 2 years+ experience in devops
- Able to work in a fast paced environment like startups
- Good people management skills
- Knowledge of API, REST architecture, and synchronous functions
- Experience with Node.js and Python
- Experience with Kubernetes, aws, google cloud
- Familiar with Relational Databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Team collaboration with Git, Agile, CI/CD dan docker
- Have hands-on experience with a Linux based CLI and SSH connection
- Ability to log progress and write documentation.
- Ability to learn quickly and familiarize yourself with existing infrastructure
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and microservices
- Analytical problem solving and effective communication skills
- (Optional) Familiarity with network security: SQL injections
- (Advantage) Knowledge of DevOps: deployment, crash reporting and handling, system monitoring and system deployment, load balancing, etc.
- (Advantage) Experience in e-commerce, retail, and consumer-related field
- (Node.js) - Experience with npm package manager and Express framework
- (Python) Experience with Django, flask, and scrapping with Selenium
