Deskripsi

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Gathering project needs from clients, translating them into stakeholders-ready requirements.
- To be the point of contact between IT and Business/Product.
- Take on the role of Scrum Master in Scrum teams.
- Work with various departments and teams to come out with technical and system requirements on deliveries and to provide development timeline to stakeholders.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation along with detailed action plans and scheduling.
- Manage and prioritize the task backlog and user/client’s requirements.

Persyaratan

- >5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science (Mandatory).
- Fluent in Conversational English and communicates effectively (**Mandatory**).
- At least 3 years of working experience previously as Software Engineer/Lead (**Mandatory**).
- Familiar with Agile / SCRUM methodology is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with BDD framework and UML modeling tools.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Database Design, CICD, AWS, Containerization (Kubernetes) is important.
- Eager to learn new things and has a strong appetite for iterating quickly, measuring and learning from your work.
- Self-motivated, responsible, analytical mindset, proactive and able to work independently.
- Interest and passion in digital technology especially in Health / Health tech industry
