Botika is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) company, proudly from Indonesia. We offers chatbot technology with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) using Bahasa Indonesia.
The use of a chatbot technology in Botika, facilitates daily conversations using Bahasa Indonesia between computer systems and customers. Our chatbot can be integrated into various social media channels such as LINE, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Slack and Web Widget.
Botika connects to many third party services and offer curated recommendation for users. We're also offer a platform that can be used by companies to build automated responses.
Until now, Botika has client portfolios from well-known companies and institutions such as UN AIDS, Danone Group, Angkasa Pura II, Bank Bukopin, XL Axiata and Sampoerna.
