As an HR staff, you will be the mediator between management and employees to make sure that each Nakama feels comfortable working in Tokopedia. Responsibilities Analyze and monitor payroll process in scope of compensation and benefit Responsible for creating the employee contract, and review the contract and make sure all of those contracts is aligned to government regulation Support all recognition activities Review and analyze long-term incentive and ensure the implementation of the program in accordance with company procedures. Responsible to perform administration activities for all expatriate employees, application of work permits, residence permits, and others documents.
