Ability to influence people through social media by means of storytelling and engagement Understand social media strategies and able to develop content creative Both capacity of deep thinker and good communicator with fluent English language and good writing skills Ability to win fans/followers' hearts, identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution techniques to diminish issues Years of experience in maintaining high quality blog or top social media account
